Each month you will receive 6-10 high quality items for you and your cats to share. We work with Independent UK Artists and brands to bring you the best quality items. Expect handmade cat toys, and quirky cat themed goodies that aren’t readily available on the high street.

Our cat subscriptions boxes are dispatched together, they are all sent out on the 3rd day of each month for UK customers (a little earlier for international customers so they receive their boxes same time as our UK Customers). They usually arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch for UK residents and up to 7-10 days for international customers.

A monthly cat box costs £31.95 per month (Free UK Postage and additional delivery charges apply for customers outside the UK). You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Of course you can. Our gift boxes are the same price as our monthly boxes. Whether you want to try our cat subscription box before committing to a monthly box or you want to find a gift for the cat lady in your life, we got you! You can also purchase non-renewable prepaid subscription for up to 6 months.
Yes you can! Please include any messaging that you want in the box in the notes section during checkout and we’ll take care of the rest!
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Simply pay for your first Cattitude Box when you are setting up your subscription then your subscription will repeat payment on the 1st day of each month (24th of each month for international customers) until failed or cancelled. You can also Purchase an one-time gift box without subscription.

UK cat subscriptions are eligible for free delivery. Delivery will be charged outside of the UK at £10.50 to EU countries and £15.50 to non EU countries.   

Yes, there are no hidden fees or contracts, you can cancel at any time. If you no longer wish to receive your cat subscription box you can cancel it through your Cattitude Box account. You can also skip a month or pause your subscription temporarily – this can all be done via emailing the cat lady support team at meow@cattitudebox.com

We will try debit your account every 24-72 hours until it is successful. If we are unable to successfully charge you after several attempts, we will withhold shipment of the Cattitude Box until your billing details are updated. The subscription will go into ‘on hold’ mode until your billing details are updated. This may result in you missing out on a particular monthly cat box as they often sell out really quick. However, this will not cancel the subscription and we will charge your account on the following month.

For most of our customers located in the EU, ordering with us will continue as normal and there shouldn’t be any additional cost to you. However, the boxes are taking slightly longer due to the new customs regulations.

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government. Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service. Some deliveries are also taking slightly longer than usual and we appreciate your patience during this uncertain time.
