How does this subscription work?All subscriptions will automatically renew on the 3rd day of each month.
Will I be charged for delivery?All UK boxes will be delivered via Royal Mail 48 hours services (free). You’ll have the option to upgrade your delivery to 24h service. Delivery will be charged outside of the UK at £10.50 to EU countries and £15.50 to non EU countries.
When will I get my cat box?Our monthly cat subscriptions boxes are dispatched together, they are all sent out on the 10th day of each month. They usually arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch for UK residents and up to 7-10 days for international customers.
Can I just get a one time cat gift box?Of course you can. Our gift boxes are the same price as our monthly boxes. Whether you want to try our cat subscription box before committing to a monthly box or you want to find a gift for the cat lady in your life, we got you! You can also purchase non-renewable prepaid subscription for up to 6 months.Head over to our gifts page
How do I pay for my Cattitude Box?We accept all major debit and credit cards. Simply pay for your first Cattitude Box when you are setting up your subscription then your subscription will repeat payment on the 3rd day of each month. You can also Purr-chase an one-time gift box without subscription.
Can I cancel my monthly cat subscription and how?Yes, there are no hidden fees or contracts, you can cancel at any time. If you no longer wish to receive your cat subscription box you can cancel it from your Cattitude Box account. You can also skip a month or pause your subscription temporarily – this can all be done via emailing the cat lady support team at email@example.com
What if my card is declined on the day you charge me?We will try debit your account every 24-72 hours until it is successful. If we are unable to successfully charge you after several attempts, we will withhold shipment of the Cattitude Box until your billing details are updated. The subscription will go into ‘on hold’ mode until your billing details are updated. This may result in you missing out on a particular monthly cat box as they often sell out really quick. However, this will not cancel the subscription and we will charge your account on the following month.
How will Brexit affect my orderFor most of our customers located in the EU, the boxes are taking slightly longer due to the new customs regulations. You may be charged additional customs/VAT in your country.
COVID-19 MeasuresIn response to COVID-19, all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government. Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service. Some deliveries are also taking slightly longer than usual and we appreciate your patience during this uncertain time.
